The Decemberists

Originally drawn for the December page of a community-created calendar at MOG, subsequently picked up for publication by the Baltimore Sun‘s B-More Live! magazine as a cover image when The Decemberists came to town on tour. Managing Editor Laura Greenback wrote, “It’s a beautiful illustration that gives our story on the band more depth. Thanks so much for your help making our magazine more beautiful!”

Noted illustrator and official Decemberists band designer Carson Ellis wrote, “This is great! May I post this on the Artwork page of the Decemberists site? There’s all kinds of stuff up – it’s pretty democratic – but this would make a great addition.”
